What we deliver

One platform, several doors into it.

The portfolio is not a catalogue of unrelated products. It is one platform with several entry points, and the entry points are placed where institutions actually arrive. Five capabilities, eight software categories, one shared data core beneath them.

01  Enterprise Software

Eight software categories, built on one platform. The categories exist for procurement clarity; the platform behind them is continuous.

Also within the software capability

CategoryWhat it covers
Web-based business platformsPublic and institutional platforms including bilingual content and document management, e-commerce with integrated payment and delivery, and educational web applications.
Mobile business applicationsField and mobile operation with offline-first invoicing, vehicle stock control and on-site payment capture, synchronising when connectivity returns.
Workflow automationApproval hierarchies with delegation and value thresholds, leave and attendance workflow, editorial and peer-review workflow, clearance and separation processing, with a complete decision audit.
Reporting and dashboardsStandard reports plus configurable internal, statutory and donor formats, with operational analytics such as margin by category, peak-hour reporting and portfolio-at-risk.

Build, buy, or blend

The first question in any engagement is not what to build. It is whether to build at all.

01

Build, when the requirement is institutional

Where a mandate, a regulatory regime or an operating model has no packaged equivalent — grant traceability to donor standard, fiscal registration to Ethiopian requirements, a member directory serving a constituency — a built platform is the honest answer.

02

Buy, when an established product already answers it

Productivity, design, analytical and specialist applications are licensed, not rebuilt. We source them through our United States presence, implement them, and support them locally.

03

Blend, which is what most engagements are

Licensed products for commodity capability, built platforms where the requirement is specific, integrated so you experience one system rather than a collection.

04

Repair, and sometimes keep what you have

Where an assessment concludes the existing system can be repaired, or the timing for replacement is wrong, that is the recommendation we put in writing.

How the pieces connect

What moves between modules, and where it lands.

FlowWhat moves, and where it lands
Sale to ledgerPOS captures the transaction, registers it through the EIRMS — Electronic Invoice Registration System where required, depletes stock in inventory and posts revenue and cash to accounting, without re-entry.
Requisition to paymentProcurement commits budget in accounting, receives goods into inventory, and matches the supplier invoice three ways in payables before payment is scheduled.
Employee to costThe HR employee record feeds payroll; payroll posts journals to accounting and supplies statutory filing data; labour cost lands against projects and grants.
Award to donor reportGrant management controls procurement and payroll charging, holds every transaction traceable to award and activity, and produces donor-format reporting from source transactions.
Material to marginManufacturing consumes from inventory, receives finished goods back into it, and posts actual material, labour and overhead cost to accounting against standard.
Contact to contractCRM raises invoices in accounting, checks availability in inventory, and reflects fiscal registration where the transaction requires it.

How we deliver it

The same platform, deployed the way your obligations require.

Multi-tenant SaaS

Operated by us on shared infrastructure with tenant isolation. Lowest entry cost and fastest to stand up.

Privately hosted

A dedicated environment operated by us, where isolation or data residency rules out a shared tenancy.

On-premise

On your own infrastructure, where a mandate or policy requires the system inside your estate.

Hybrid

Some modules hosted, some on-premise, integrated so you experience one system rather than two.

Support after go-live

LayerWhat it covers
High-priority support for SaaS clientsSubscription clients sit on our highest-priority tier: the shortest response targets we offer, continuous monitoring, proactive alerting before you notice a problem, and a named route straight to engineering rather than a queue.
Three-tier supportDefined response paths from first-line questions through to engineering, with agreed response times.
MonitoringSystems monitored continuously, including centralised monitoring for clients operating across multiple sites.
Release managementUpgrades planned, tested and scheduled, module by module, rather than imposed.
