Switching to EBO

Stuck with a system you have already paid for?

It is the most common reason organisations stay on software that no longer fits: the invoice is settled, the budget is spent, and starting again feels like admitting a loss. EBO is built on the view that this is the wrong way round.

Break free

Paid for a system that never grew with you?

A licence you regret is a sunk cost, not a life sentence. It should never be the reason your organisation stops growing.

What the arrangements actually mean

No small print here that is not also in the agreement.

ArrangementHow it works
Break-free discountWhere you are carrying an unexpired licence or an unrecovered implementation cost on the system you are leaving, we discount against it. Show us the invoice and we will price accordingly.
Instalment arrangementsPayment staged across an agreed schedule rather than demanded up front, so a move is a cash-flow decision rather than a capital one.
Free trial periodA working environment configured with your own structure, terminology and representative data. You run it before you commit, not after.
Migration handled by usChart of accounts, employee records, supplier masters, stock positions and transaction history — moved, reconciled and checked against the old system before anything is switched off.
Parallel runningBoth systems live for an agreed period, so you can prove the new one against the old before you rely on it.
Honest advice firstIf an assessment concludes your existing system can be repaired, or the timing for replacement is wrong, that is what we will put in writing — even though it costs us the sale.

Move at the pace that suits you

You do not have to replace everything to start.

Start with one module

Take the single module where the pain is loudest. Payroll, inventory, one POS terminal. Prove it there first.

Extend when you are ready

Everything added later docks onto the same core, so the second step is an extension rather than a second migration.

Keep what still works

Where an existing system is doing its job, we integrate with it rather than insisting it goes.

Tell us what you are stuck with

Send us the system, the contract position and what it is failing to do. We will come back with the honest options.
