Independent evaluation of build, buy or adapt, including honest advice on when an established product would serve you better than a custom build.
Solution architecture review
System, data, integration, hosting and security architecture, documented so your own staff can hold any supplier to it — including us.
Infrastructure engagement
Server, hosting, storage and network work on an estate we did not build, under a continuing maintenance arrangement.
Security and resilience review
Access model, audit trail, backup and continuity, assessed against what your data actually is.
Training programme
Role-based training on your own configuration, delivered on site or remotely, with train-the-trainer built in.
How an engagement is scoped
Terms in writing before work begins, and a deliverable you keep.
Terms of reference
Scope, stakeholders and deliverables agreed and signed before anything starts. No open-ended engagements.
Fieldwork
Observation, interview and inventory on site. We look at what runs, not at what is documented.
Written deliverable
A report defensible to a board or a funder, with the reasoning and the rejected options set out, not just the recommendation.
Your decision
Including the decision to do nothing, or to go to another supplier. If the assessment concludes your existing system can be repaired, that is what we will write.
