Hospitality POS
Hotels and accommodation operations, where charges arise across outlets and land on one folio.
The inventory logic that defines this version
Every POS version carries an inventory module built for its trade, rather than a generic catalogue adapted to it.
Outlet-level stock across restaurant, bar, minibar and shop, consolidated to the property, so consumption is attributed to the outlet that sold it while the property sees one position.
Capabilities in this version
| Capability | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Folio posting | Charge posting to the guest folio from any outlet, with room and guest verification at the point of charge. |
| Outlet management | Restaurant, bar, spa, shop and room service operated as distinct outlets under one property. |
| Room integration | Charges reconcile with the room management system, so departure billing is complete. |
| Package and rate handling | Inclusive packages, allowances and rate-based entitlements applied automatically. |
| Group and event billing | Group masters, event billing and split settlement across payer and guest. |
| Night audit | Daily close, outlet reconciliation and revenue reporting by department. |
Stand-alone, or joined up
Run it on its own
A single shop or branch can run this version and nothing else. It is a complete system, not a front end waiting for a back office.
Post to the ledger
Add the Accounting and Inventory modules and sales post revenue, cash and stock movement automatically, with no re-entry.
Register the transaction
Add the EIRMS — Electronic Invoice Registration System where the fiscal regime requires it, and registration happens at the point of sale.
