How it connects
Feeds payroll directly and supplies establishment data to budgeting and project resourcing.
What it gives the institution. Establishment control and a personnel file that survives audit, with the same employee record feeding payroll rather than being retyped into it.
It also runs perfectly well on its own. If this is the only module you need, that is a supported deployment, not a compromise — and anything added later docks onto the same core.
