Buy one thing. Add the rest whenever you are ready.
Every EBO product works on its own. Bought together they stop being separate systems - and you are never penalised for having started small.
The model
Two dials, and both of them are yours
There is no package you must buy into. You start with one product, and the price of everything you add falls automatically.
How many products
Your product, plus one. Plus two. Plus all three. Each product site names its own three tiers, counted from where you started.
Tier one / one addition
Tier two / two additions
Tier three / the whole set
How much of each
An extra ERP module, or another trade version of the POS, counts exactly like a whole product - and is discounted the same way.
EBO CRM + EBO Invoicing + EBO POS + EBO ERP (Accounting) + EBO ERP (Inventory)
Two products, four levels deep.
The ladders
Where you start decides what it is called
Three tiers on every product site, counted from the product you came for. The contents are yours to choose.
| Starting from | Tier one | Tier two | Tier three |
|---|---|---|---|
| EBO Invoicing | EBO Seal + any one | EBO Chain + any two | EBO Full Circle + all three |
| EBO POS | EBO Counter + any one | EBO Floor + any two | EBO Full Circle + all three |
| EBO CRM | EBO Close + any one | EBO Cycle + any two | EBO Full Circle + all three |
| EBO ERP | EBO Bridge + any one | EBO Spine + any two | EBO Full Circle + all three |
The same four products bought from a different starting point cost the same. The name changes; the price does not.
Worked example
How this plays out over three years
A pharmacy starts at EBO Seal
Registration plus the pharmacy version of EBO POS. One counter, one register, batch and expiry handled properly.
They add Accounting and Payroll
Two ERP modules. The first is discounted automatically against its stand-alone price; the second more deeply than the first.
They add Procurement and CRM
Two more additions, each discounted more deeply again. They are now at tier three - and have paid less than a business that bought the same set on day one.
That is the whole point of the mechanism: growing into the system should never cost more than arriving with it.
The rules, plainly
Six things worth knowing
It is automatic
You do not have to negotiate for it, and you do not have to wait for a renewal date.
It applies to the thing you add
Discounted against the stand-alone price of the product or module joining what you already run.
It deepens
Each further addition is discounted more than the one before it, on a published scale.
Modules count as additions
Extra ERP modules are treated exactly like whole products.
It is the same for everyone
The scale does not change between clients, and it is set out in your quotation.
It stacks with Break Free
If you are still paying for a system you are leaving, the Break Free offer applies as well.
Already paying for something that is not working?
Break Free is for organisations stuck with a system they have already bought. A break-free discount that recognises what you have spent, instalment arrangements, a free trial period on the replacement, and the migration handled by us.
